Why an Artifact ?
An Artifact is another term for a Building material.
We strive to use high quality building materials to give you the structural integrity, the look you desire and the efficiency
you need in building your new home or office. We also emphasize the word "ART" in Artifact, because we know that
many times as an owner your home or office can also be an expression of art. We welcome the opportunity to build green
and we can design your home for you or you can bring your own design and we will build on your lot or ours.

Build Your New Home We can build your custom home with a minimum of twenty five hundred sqaure
feet of living space and five hundred square feet of non living space for approximately 80 dollars per square foot under roof.
We include many upgraded features for this price including ceramic tile in all wet areas, custom cabinetry, two bathrooms,
garden tub and separate shower for master bath, cast iron tub in second bathroom, fire
place, built in entertainment area, prewired for security system and much much more.

Bay Area. From remodeling to new construction, whether you have a new Custom Home to build or a living room in a historical

craftsmanship that you expect. We also specialize in repair work you may have in your home or office.
